The end user agrees to not disassemble, reverse engineer, duplicate, or sell the information acquired through the software or website provided by MedReader. The user will also not attempt to learn the source code, structure, or algorithms or ideas underlying the products or modify the products.

The end user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold MedReader, its company, successors, officers, directors, employees, associates, agents, affiliates and partners harmless from claims against MedReader by the end user or third parties including any and all damages, losses, expenses, attorney’s fees, costs and liabilities sustained by using the software and website provided by MedReader.

Any information so submitted will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. MedReader will assume no obligation to protect such information and will be free to use, copy, disclose and distribute the information for any commercial or noncommercial purposes. Do not provide MedReader with any confidential or proprietary information.
